I have known Beth for a long time. She helped us find a home 30 years ago. And just recently she helped me sell that home and buy a new one. I had forgotten how much was involved in selling and buying a home. She spent many hours coming to my home to talk about the Real Estate process and all the changes that had occured over the years. Her group came to my home to help me with stagging by using items I already had. I didn't realize my home could look so amazing! I loved it so much that I wanted to stay but knew it was time to move on. She shared with me her "A List" contact info. for painters, electricians, HVAC, contractors, plumbers, house cleaners, etc. based on what I wanted to do and what needed to be done. Once the house was on the market in sold within a few days. Then it was time to buy a new home. Again, she went over the Real Estate process and changes that occured over the years for purchasing a home just as she did with selling one. We discussed areas that I was interested in and things I wanted the home to already have...the search was on. She knew the market and areas so well. We were constantly in touch with each other about homes on the market and she knew we had to move fast. She called me one day and said "where are you" there's a house that was just listed that's perfect for you and we needed to go see it right then...and we did...that was the home I ended up buying. :)
