She communicated with the builders of our home and other parties on our behalf which not only made our lives easier but also likely got us more value than we would have been able to ourselves. For example a mailbox was installed for our house which may not have been otherwise. It was never mentioned that a mailbox would NOT be installed in our contract, but the builder would not have done it if Cheryl had not asked about that, and we certainly never would have known to ask ourselves.
