I had a piece of property for sale with another agent that was with another real estate agency and signed contract after contract for about 2 years. I finally tried to sell it it on Facebook. Steve saw my listing and contacted me. He was confident he could sell it. I gave him a try and he sold my property in about 12 months or so. Really good man and a really good real estate agent!
