We came across Jake through Zillow and didn’t expect much. Never bought a home, didn’t know anything about the process. But we still reached out. We were adamant about what we wanted for the price we asked. He accepted the challenge immediately and went straight to work. The first house we thought we wanted went through but Jake wasn’t going to give up. We stumbled across two houses. One was a maybe but the other was an absolute yes. But we still wanted to see them both. We are ready to view the two candidates. We viewed the first and yes it was habitable and met our requirements but it didn’t bring happiness like what we wanted. Jake knew that the forever home was the next one to view and the last hope for us and that he would make it work. He worked tirelessly answering any late night questions we may have had. We put in an offer and we were rejected. I told him to counter-offer what we wanted and he made it work! Inspections next! We wanted certain things fixed and Jake said “Yes, it’s getting done.” Jake got things done as he promised he would get done in close as 24 hours before closing. Even now after closing, he takes calls and works his magic on things we want fixed even though he doesn’t have to. Simply put, he’s a man of his word. Come to him for your buying or selling needs.
