Erin is just the best- and we’ve bought and sold many many times. Of all I’ve worked with over the years I’ve been most pleased at how great a job she did / marketing and selling our home, in all the negotiations and in getting us to close. We got our buyer on our second day because of her. She kept us informed and advised us along the way. She knows her stuff. What a God-send! She’s a blessing and a joy to work with. I always felt like I was her only client- but I know for a fact I was not!! Also she bent over backwards to find us more than what we were looking for in this lease and negotiated that for us too!! This was a first-time experience for me in selling a house and Kris really helped encourage and guide me through the process. She was always a phone call or text away and checked in on me from time to time as I worked on getting ready. She helped me assess what was reasonable on fixing up an older house for sale and she offered ideas on staging but was flexible in considering other possibilities. She showed experienced command of the process and communicated well thru anticipating and answering any questions I might have. The listing and house opening strategy she used delivered multiple offers above listing price and a quick sale within less than a week of listing. If I ever had to go thru this again, I would hope to use her services or someone like her if she isn't available.
