I couldn’t be happier, Judy did a fantastic job getting my father’s house sold. When you are selling a house, you may not be prepared for all the problems that could arise. Judy anticipated many of the problems and told us beforehand that we may encounter them. She has contacts with all the contractors you may need. This is a huge benefit, because doing it on your own would be a monumental task. All of the contractors had the utmost regard for Judy, and wasted no time helping us. Judy has her thumb on the pulse of the marketplace and priced the property accordingly. Additionally, the sale was remote, and believe it or not, the whole process went very smoothly. I highly recommend Judy as your real estate agent, plus she has a really great personality!
When we moved to the area way back in 2015, Christine helped us find our current home so when the time to sell our parents home we knew we had to call Christine!
