Erin is just the best- and we’ve bought and sold many many times. Of all I’ve worked with over the years I’ve been most pleased at how great a job she did / marketing and selling our home, in all the negotiations and in getting us to close. We just closed on a new home in Winchester VA. Cynthia Butler was the real estate agent representing the builder. With that said, I felt like Cynthia was our personal realtor. As we lived Texas during the build of our new home, Cynthia kept us up to date on the build status sending us pictures on the home build progression.
