Both Keith and Mandi are great realtors. Take the time to listen to your needs and makes sure those needs are fulfilled. I've used them for three sales and am very happy.

Greer is savvy about the market and thorough in her research and preparation for sale, including advice on what to do and what not to do to sell the house. Whether she recommends minor or major changes for sale, she has good relations with resource people to engage for repairs and renovations. She communicates clearly and promptly. She maintains her balance when the process becomes stressful and responds with kindness when the stress takes its toll. She also makes every effort to maintain a sense of good will among everyone involved. She is, in all respects, a pleasure to work with.

Finding the right words to describe the service and professionalism that this team offers has made this one of the most difficult reviews I have ever written. Kim handled finding us a beautiful home guiding us with pricing so we did not loose the bid on the home we wanted. Tracy sold our previous home far over asking and in under 3 days. They will answer your call and texts and never leave you hanging. So definitely 5 stars if there were more stars to give I would!! Thank you Tracy and Kim!!!
