Phil is an amazing real estate agent. He knows every aspect of the market, from finding off market homes to dealing with out of state sellers, to dealing with esstates, to dealing with abandoned properties, and of course he knows the plain vanilla real estate deals as well. At every step of our transaction, Phil was on the ball, available and knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find subcontractors, advising on beneficial renovations, to assisting with staging, unscrewing the access door for the termite inspector, and these are all things that other real estate agents wouldn't think to do.

Annette was fantastic. Not only did we sell the house for way more than other agents thought we could get, Annette was very easy to work with. We would work with her in a heartbeat.
