Phil is an amazing real estate agent. He knows every aspect of the market, from finding off market homes to dealing with out of state sellers, to dealing with esstates, to dealing with abandoned properties, and of course he knows the plain vanilla real estate deals as well. At every step of our transaction, Phil was on the ball, available and knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find subcontractors, advising on beneficial renovations, to assisting with staging, unscrewing the access door for the termite inspector, and these are all things that other real estate agents wouldn't think to do.

I interviewed several realtors before selecting Phil. They were all very knowledgeable and professional, but Phil went the extra mile in putting together his presentation. I expected he would do the same when handling the sale, and I was not disappointed! Rather than simply shoot for a quick turnaround at a moderate price, Phil and his talented team made sure the house and landscaping looked like something out of a magazine. At the same time, he executed a detailed marketing campaign, staying one step ahead of the competition at all times. No detail was too small for Phil's attention! While this approach took a bit longer and required some investment of cash upfront, the result was exceptional -- we made back 4x the amount invested and the final sales price was more than 20% higher than the other realtors had estimated (but exactly what Phil had estimated). Phil is hands-on and attends to every detail personally. I never had to worry about something falling through the cracks. I will definitely be calling on him again!

We met Phil during his career as a ballet dancer. Dancers are very special people. They are amazingly talented, yes, but they are also the most reliable, disciplined, and caring people one will ever meet. We became friends with Phil and his family so we also watched Phil launch his real estate career. It was an easy decision to go with Phil as our agent. And our confidence was extremely well-placed.
