We navigated some complicated situations, and Bilen handled each one with expertise and professionalism. She’s well connected, and knows someone for every issue we have had. Need a repair? She knows someone. Need a beekeeper (long story), she knows someone. We wouldn’t have closed on our home in the quick timeframe we did if it wasn’t for her. So if you need someone who’s well connected, experienced, great personality, empathetic, and will negotiate on their clients’ behalf, do not look for anyone else. If we ever sell again, we will definitely reach out to Bilen. Bilen, thank you truly for everything you’ve done for my family.

Bilen is super action oriented, knowledgeable and a great problem solver. She showed extreme resiliency during a difficult selling and buying process, which gave us ease and comfort.

Shane Butler has my highest recommendation. I worked closely with him as the attorney and authorized manager for the seller of an Alexandria condominium, and he brought fresh energy, sound judgment, and a clear strategy to a sale that had become frustrating and stalled. From the outset, Shane gave us a candid assessment of what was holding the property back and practical recommendations on pricing, presentation, and targeted improvements. He understood where modest investments could make a meaningful difference and how to position the property more effectively in a competitive market. His advice was thoughtful, specific, and grounded in the realities of the property. Shane’s professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment carried through to a successful closing. He took ownership of the process and helped turn a difficult situation into a completed sale. As an attorney, I especially appreciate professionals who communicate clearly, exercise good judgment, and follow through. Shane earned my confidence on all three counts. I would gladly work with him again and recommend him without hesitation.
