She spends a lot of time taking you to see things to get a sense of what you want, and once she knows what you're looking for, she won't ask you to settle. We have worked with her 3 times, the last being the sale of my late grandparent's home. She was punctual, professional and empathetic to the entire family who was present for her initial walk through.
