Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Jessica more than five stars, I absolutely would. I worked with her while living out of state, and she made what could have been a logistical nightmare feel completely effortless. From the moment I handed her the keys, Jessica took full command of the process. She acted as much more than just a Realtor; she was essentially a general contractor. She identified exactly which "refreshers" and touch-ups the house needed to shine, then deployed her own crew to handle everything from interior repairs to landscaping. Because I wasn't local, her communication was vital. She kept me updated every step of the way, hit every single deadline, and ensured the house was listed exactly on schedule. The results speak for themselves: she sold the house in just three days—before the open house even happened—and for well over the asking price. Jessica handled every detail, from the showings and contracts to the title company. Her expertise and responsiveness are unmatched; she always had an answer before I even had to ask the question. I was able to do everything via online signing and never had to travel back for closing. I had total trust in Jessica, and she still managed to over-deliver. If you want a stress-free experience with a pro who knows how to get top dollar, look no further.
