These things really stood out to help us make our decision. She was always available for our questions and responded in a timely manner. Yates was our realtor in the sale of a property that was not an easy one to sell. She was very helpful with suggestions, knowledgeable about the market & the area. She was very helpful in sorting through offers to determine which were the best in this situation, and provided access to the property when repairs were made.
