Yates takes pleasure in helping clients transition, when they are ready to list and sell a property, or to find that new property to fit an evolving lifestyle. With 25 years' experience as a Realtor, Yates works successfully with both residential and commercial clients. From starting and running her own business (Montessori schools), Yates understands first-hand the needs of families and business clients.
Yates grew up in a real estate family in Virginia. She was led by her father onto building and restoration sites and was coached from an early age in the art of buying, selling and negotiation. She holds multiple real estate degrees including the GRI, CRS and SRES.
Because Yates has lived in multiple cultures and has traveled extensively, both in the US and abroad, and is bilingual in French, she is well-qualified to assist international and diverse clients.
