Selling a house remotely needs a local agent who knows the local market and vendors. Enter Nathan!

We needed to sell a family member's house. As we are not local to Woodstock, we needed an agent who knows the local market and could also coordinate the cleanout of the house and the repairs it needed in order to list. Nathan was able to do all that for us and was very helpful with suggestions about repairs, color palette, etc. He is easy to work with and helped make this experience much less painless for us that it could have been. Once the house was listed, it sold rather quickly. His knowledge of the area and his ability to handle the work schedule were instrumental in the sale. We would use him again for other properties in the Woodstock area. Thanks Nathan!

Mentally exhausting!

I'm not able to be the one to give a full review. Although I loved Lauren the one and only time I met her, I was told by family, Lauren only wanted one person of the family to contact her, and she them. I didn't have any other dealings or conversations with her.

Lauren made my selling experience so smooth and easy. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the market and knows what she’s talking about. TRUST HER! She sold my house in under a week and always answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. She was communicative and super helpful through the whole process! I loved working with her and will recommend her to everyone that wants to buy in the Luray area! Hoping one day to work with her again :)
