No detail too large or small for her to handle. I would rate her as a 10 Star Realtor. I interviewed 3 orhers before deciding to chose her. Not only does she come off as charming & professional but she is kind & understanding. A kindred spirit for me. I did everything she suggested for me & I was surpisrd how quickly I sold & bought with her guidance.

Terrie is very responsive working into the late evening hours to get the deal done. We had to close in about 11 days from the writing of the contract d/t the terms of the short sale and she jumped through hoops to get it all done on time for us.
