From pricing and comparables to suggestions of quick updates to make the house more appealing, he was incredibly on top of things every step of the way. Since we’d moved out of state by the time the home was listed, he went far out of his way to find home cleaners, people who could install new carpet, etc. He made the process quick and painless and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!
