Due to age and other factors, I wanted to downsize and relocate closer to my daughter and grandchildren. I had to be out of town for 2 of the weeks between contract signing and settlement. Debt arranged the house inspection, attended the inspection, and arranged for the correction of a couple of minor items in my absence prior to settlement. Moreover, she recommended multiple contractors for other things I wanted to accomplish prior to moving in. Her in depth and thorough knowledge of the market and her industry contacts are an asset. Not only is Deb easy to work with, but she has the skills and tenacity to get the job done. Deb listens. Moreover, she is dependable, prompt, responsive, and professional.
