I recently listed and sold my home in Lake of the Woods, Locust Grove, VA with Chris as my realtor. When I was ready to list the house Chris and his team had already done all the preliminary work with me so basically all I needed to do at listing time was to provide a key for the lockbox. The house sold within a week of listing and above the list price. My closing was scheduled at a time and location that was convenient for me.
