Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties. She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). She walked me through the process in a very thorough and professional manner. Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. Working with Bonnie was no less than amazing her knowledge about the market was great pretty much got what I was asking for for my house. Bonnie’s communication was great any times I had questions I’d call and if she didn’t pick up she was right back to me as soon as she was able I appreciate everything she did helping getting my house on the market and sold as quickly as she did thank you again.

Carol has been amazing to work with from start to finish. She was always available to us whenever we called or just shot her a question on a text message.
