Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!

Jayne and Emily Ehrens, even though I have known them both for ages well, there is a reason that they are so good at what they do. I felt so comfortable and in the know throughout the entire buying process. Jayne and Emily are wonderful people, but they also are extremely professional and Will always provide white glove service.
