She and her husband very professional and help me at all time. Happy to work with them

We just closed on a new home in Winchester VA. Cynthia Butler was the real estate agent representing the builder. With that said, I felt like Cynthia was our personal realtor. As we lived Texas during the build of our new home, Cynthia kept us up to date on the build status sending us pictures on the home build progression. Cynthia also worked with us closely on option selections, answering all our questions or concerns expeditiously. Cynthia showed an abundance of knowledge about the complete build process, the remote closing process and any other concerns we had. We felt very confident in Cynthia’s ability to look out for the best interests of not only the builder but us as well. We trusted her judgment and guidance during the entire process. If you ever need an excellent real estate agent with a superb personality, Cynthia is simply the best!!

First time I met Nick, I felt like I was with family. Made me feel comfortable with no pressure at all. He went above and beyond. My work schedule is very hectic and nick searched and visited homes on his own time for me. When he found a home he felt I would be interested in he called me and met me when in fit my schedule. Always keeping in contact. I never had to call him to ask what was going on, he was always on top of things. Nick did a lot of nice things for me and it will always be remembered. I will always refer him and I will have him looking for my next home as well. Keep up the great work Nick.

Nermin helped me to do the transaction with peace of mind. i had no issues

Gina was absolutely amazing to work with!!! She was quick and extremely knowledgeable! Would definitely use Gina again in the future. We highly recommend using Gina Hill for King George and the surrounding counties!
