Top Notch Realtor

Selling a home can be a stressful endeavor and it’s highly important to have a helpful and knowledgeable agent. Christopher Skinner is my real estate agent and was with me every step of the way from setting a fair market price, hiring a great photographer, communicating all aspects of the process from radon testing, appraisal appointment, inspection, termite and most importantly inspection repair negotiations. My home sold in just four days and the escrow was short so I needed an agent to help me through all steps of the process, keep me informed, communicate well and be responsive. Christopher was top notch in all of these categories and closing went smoothly. I’m all done with selling my home and couldn’t have asked for a better partner in the process. My husband and I used Chris to purchase our...

My husband and I used Chris to purchase our first home over 5 years ago and we used him again this past month to sell that home.
