Amazing experience working with Katy. Patient is one of the best words I can use to describe her as a realtor. Showed us multiple listings over multiple months and was always responsive to phone calls and texts, regardless of the day. I would say where she really shined, was during the closing process where she went out of her way to help get minor roof issues, drywall holes, and deadbolts fixed. The sellers did not want to negotiate any further and Katy went out of her way to get anything in her power accomplished and made sure we were satisfied before signing closing paperwork. I will use her again in the future and she will be my first recommendation to family and friends in the area.
