McKann made us feel like we were her only clients. She quickly had the comp worksheet put together for us, and was spot on for pricing the house. She handled everything for us, from making the house photo ready to even getting a handyman over to fix a door issue. We had several showings right when the listing was published and went under contract that same weekend. McKann is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The process was so easy and seamless. We highly recommend McKann, and can’t wait to buy/sell with her again!

Very knowledgeable and attentive to what we were looking for. Once the perfect house had been found she guided us through the whole process of making an offer, financing, and on to closing. Perhaps best of all, we found our first friend in the new area and helped us begin this new phase of our lives

McKann is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She’s extremely organized, a great communicator, super efficient and is an expert in the Middle and Northern Neck real estate areas. McKann consistently goes above and beyond and has helped us resolve countless questions and issues and continues to be an expert source of help and information for us. We were thrilled to work with McKann and recommend her highly to all buyers and sellers.
