Eileen did an excellent job selling our home in Arlington. From our first meeting, long distance, we knew she was amazing and we didn’t hesitate to ask her to sell our house. From pricing, to marketing and staging she did it all flawlessly. We highly recommend Eileen she’s goes above and beyond expectations and will be utilizing her services again in the near future.

James was a fantastic person to work with on the buying end. We are preparing to use him on the selling end of things. We have no doubt that he'll be just as diligent and detail oriented as he was with the purchase of our home. James always made himself available to us, even when we were traveling on vacation in another time zone. There was a point in time where he too was on vacation and yet continued to set up phone meetings with us and probably the rest of the world. We remain in awe of how he manages to balance his work life with his family life. We appreciated his counsel, how he made suggestions, and how graciously he accepted our decisions that didn't necessarily match his suggestions. We never felt pressured to do anything that we were not comfortable with. He also went above and beyond to help us work out some inconveniences that came with the purchase of our home. His level of professionalism was outstanding from start to finish.

He is reliable, honest and punctual. We recommend him for anyone who wants to sell or buy the any kind of house. We were extremely satisfied to work with him and future to Mr. Humagain will be our first choice.
