Was such a pleasure having Palwasha (I called her Washa) as my real estate agent. Seemed I was making very little progress in selling my house, so I decided to go with Washa as my RE agent. And I am glad I did! We just hit it off from the beginning. She was very knowledgeable in real estate market,dependable, reliable, familiar with local real estate market, would inform me when comparable houses in my neighborhood would go up for sale and price my house accordingly. At the very beginning she asked “Why are you selling your house, what date you want to sell by, what is your asking price and we went from there. Together we set up the goal of selling house by “sell by date”. She would constantly communicate with me through the entire selling process. Due to Covid, basically everything was via computer (and I’m not a computer whiz). Washa would patiently instruct me on what to do and how to do it. Several days before I sold my house, she said “ I see a house in your neighborhood just went up about $20,000. She gave me the comps and said “ maybe we should increase your asking price, what do you think?” We agreed. She honestly stated that she didn’t know if I would get the asking price with the increase but she can try. Low and Behold, I sold my house within a week and for more than the asking price!
