Joan and her team were just incredible helping to sell our condo while we remained overseas. The communication and ease of the contract was a huge relief. The entire team acts with excellent attention to detail, patience and professionalism. We have moved all over the country but Joan and her team remain our best realtor experience. You will not find a better group to purchase or sell.

My house-hunting journey with Tamar spanned years - and we just brought it to conclusion with a great purchase. I am so appreciative of her patience and guidance throughout this process!

Shelly sold a house for us in Alexandria over 7 figures about five years ago in addition to one in Haymarket near two decades ago. Present situation changed and we decided to return to VA to be close to family. Shelly guided us on purchasing our new home west of Port Royal and Skyline Drive. She was an absolute champ as our buying agent, with us still a thousand miles away on Southern Gulf Coast of Fl. Many negotiations and stumbling blocks but she methodically overcame each and every challenge. Her absolute honesty and willingness to invest the time is why she has represented us for a third time. And believe me this sale had its challenges. I would recommend Shelly to anyone, first time buyer to mega retirement mansion. There's a reason she was given all those awards.
