If you are looking for the BEST realtor in the DC Metro area, Marlena McWilliams and her Mascotti Team will get the job done. They made the 1st time home buying process a breeze. They were very professional, personable, and prompt! They made a believer out of me and I made it across the finish line!

Kalethia was an amazing real estate agent throughout my home-buying journey. We searched for nearly a year and a half, and she remained patient, responsive, and willing to see multiple properties in a day. Her experience and attention to detail were invaluable—she always gave honest feedback and would never let me settle for a property or conditions she wouldn’t accept herself. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart rather than simply trying to close a deal. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated agent who will advocate for you throughout the entire process, I highly recommend Kalethia!

Candee was a dream with which to work. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and how to make our house show in the best possible way. She was very helpful throughout the process and made our life so much easier with her flexibility. She respected our privacy and our needs. Candee was a delight!
