Kyle was my buyers agent when I purchased my first house in the spring of 2015. Kyle's property recommendation and negotiation with the selling agent resulted in us purchasing a property 30% below fair market value. One of the qualities of Kyle that we truly enjoyed was her ability to capture the importance of intangibles that are a byproduct of location. I highly recommend Kyle for your next real estate transaction.

Ashling Thurmond assisted us with listing and selling our long-time family home in Alexandria, VA. She was very professional and always kept us informed along the way. She made many recommendations to us regarding marketing and assisted us with finding contractors to perform repairs and upgrades to our home before putting it on the market. Overall, the process could not have been smoother! Many thanks to Ashling and the entire Shaughn White team!

She was always available to answer any questions we had. Kept us in the loop with all aspects of the marketing and sale of our home.
