Working with Susan to purchase our first home was the best! She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Susan was willing to answer texts and phone calls at the drop of a hat and really coached us through the process so well. I would recommend working with Susan to anyone in the process of homebuying! THANK YOU SUSAN!!!!!!

We are very pleased to give Sima our highest recommendation - she was the obvious choice because we'd had such a positive experience with her when we sold our previous house. We have never worked with anyone who cared so much and worked so hard for our benefit - in real estate or any other area. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that we moved out of the country during the process and Sima took care of the place and its needs, perhaps better than we ever could have. She truly cared about us and our home. Her real estate advice was right on and her knowledge of the difficult situation in Montgomery County in the last year was reassuring. If we were ever to move back we know who we would talk to. Sima gets five stars - we'd give her more, if we could.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Seekford team. Sevi helped us to navigate this really competitive market. We changed strategies a few times and finally got our offer accepted. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the whole team. After the offer was excepted the process was very smooth and you felt really taken care of. Sevi also connected us with an amazing loan officer. Assembling the right team is paramount in a huge purchase like a house. We are very grateful and can highly recommend the Seekford team.

As first-time homebuyers, we were trying to navigate the process on our own until Dionne Chisholm swooped in right on time to help us find the perfect home for our family! She was knowledgeable, caring, and so personable that it truly felt like we were working with family throughout the entire process. We learned so much during our home walkthroughs thanks to her guidance. Thank you, Dionne, for helping us find our home!

Malcolm was a amazing realtor and there is no way I could’ve done it without him !!! He worked non stop to meet our time frame and never complained about how many houses we went to see ! I absolutely recommend him for all the help and patience he had with us ! Thank you Malcolm !
