This was my first experience buying a home so I was not sure exactly what I was doing. Huma was patient with me and helped guide me through the process. At first, I wasn't sure that I would be able to find a townhouse in my price range. I thought I would have to go with a condo, but Huma was able to work a miracle and find the perfect townhouse for me.

We are very pleased to give Sima our highest recommendation - she was the obvious choice because we'd had such a positive experience with her when we sold our previous house. We have never worked with anyone who cared so much and worked so hard for our benefit - in real estate or any other area. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that we moved out of the country during the process and Sima took care of the place and its needs, perhaps better than we ever could have. She truly cared about us and our home. Her real estate advice was right on and her knowledge of the difficult situation in Montgomery County in the last year was reassuring. If we were ever to move back we know who we would talk to. Sima gets five stars - we'd give her more, if we could.

Elena was great to work with, as we were selling our condo to move several states away, with an infant. She is very responsive and very on top of her business. No doubt a hard worker. I plan to refer anyone in the DMV area that I know looking to sell, lease, or buy to Elena!
