I just experienced it first hand with the sale of my mother's home in Alexandria, VA. Rick and his team helped my mom find the right experts for repair, preparation, staging, moving, and even holding an estate sale. He held her hand and walked her through everything as if it were his own family member. He also kept me and other family members aware of everything he was doing at all times.
