We’ve used Tonya for three transactions over the years. She is one in a million! She cares about her clients. Ensuring they are taken care of is the most important thing to her. She goes the extra mile, even shoveling snow for them! She’s very communicative and ALWAYS available. And if you’re buying/selling in south Arlington there’s NO ONE that knows the neighborhoods better. And if you’re buying/selling outside of an area that she does not already know like the back of her hand, she will learn it just for your deal.

Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
