I am in my fourth home in 20 years and Matt was the first realtor I have worked with who I felt earned the commission. During my most recent sale, Matt was very active throughout the process - much more than just posting the home and waiting for phone calls. He is highly professional and a pleasure to work with.

Dr Fan has been our agent for more than 15 years. She is very nice, reliable and trustable. For each property we were interested she is patient and answers our questions promptly.

We cannot recommend Cathy highly enough. After a difficult experience with a previous agent, we went into this process with real trepidation, especially given how competitive the Vienna, VA market is, with very little inventory and intense buyer demand. Cathy immediately put us at ease and proved to be an exceptional advocate from day one. She skillfully navigated a fast-moving situation, built a strong and professional working relationship with the seller’s agent, and handled several challenging negotiations with confidence and diplomacy. Thanks to her expertise and responsiveness, we went from offer to closing in about two weeks, no small feat in this market. Cathy also moved quickly to secure an outstanding inspector and ensured the inspection process was smooth and thorough. Even after closing, she has gone above and beyond, continuing to help us with upgrades and providing thoughtful guidance every step of the way. Cathy is incredibly knowledgeable about Vienna, Fairfax County, Washington, DC, and the surrounding Maryland markets, highly responsive, and deeply committed to her clients We recommend her 100% and would not hesitate to work with her again.

Working with Wiley was a great experience. After we shared our preferences, she found several homes that matched our criteria. She helped us quickly find the perfect home. It was a competitive property, and we didn’t expect to win it. However, Wiley’s negotiation skills helped us craft a strong offer that the sellers accepted. Even after closing, she connected us with reliable contractors to tailor the house to our style. We highly recommend Wiley!
