We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

I cannot recommend Laurie Muir more based on our experience in buying our home and, most recently, selling it. She’s a consummate professional, thorough, communicative and brings a passion and warmth to her work. We sold our home while living in another city. It could’ve been an extremely stressful period, but Laurie made it seamless and pain-free, helping us to get the house in perfect shape to hit the market. We ended up closing $61K over asking and couldn’t be more thrilled. From all the paperwork to the repairs and staging, everything was flawless and handled with such care. She truly is the best in the biz!
