We bought a 12.5-acre lot in 1985 with a 1-acre pond and Bull Run gurgling through the back property and built the home of our dreams. But life changes in 36 years and Trina recognized the need for me to change my lifestyle also. She smartly began showing me smaller homes to suite my needs while suggesting the process for downsizing. We wrestled with the pricing of this precious home and all its fine features, but also the realization that buyers would want to make changes. Trina finally came up with a price that was fair and affordable and obviously attractive to many who were looking for a larger home and land. To me there was no good sale price, but I'm not the professional realtor that Trina is. She determined the fair price and all the reasons for it and full price offers were presented. Trina has been thoroughly professional and tactful, patient and resourceful during this sale of my lifetime. I could not have imagined or designed a better or more thoughtful person to handle this huge job and complicated transaction than Trina. She totally amazed me and has made my life better and easier through all her work. Thank you Trina! I am proud to say Trina is not only my Realtor, but also my awesome daughter. Patricia A. Bradburn
