We bought a 12.5-acre lot in 1985 with a 1-acre pond and Bull Run gurgling through the back property and built the home of our dreams. But life changes in 36 years and Trina recognized the need for me to change my lifestyle also. She smartly began showing me smaller homes to suite my needs while suggesting the process for downsizing. We wrestled with the pricing of this precious home and all its fine features, but also the realization that buyers would want to make changes. Trina finally came up with a price that was fair and affordable and obviously attractive to many who were looking for a larger home and land.
