I was stationed overseas and Teila was able to help me list and sell my home using electronic documents...saving me tons of money in travel costs from actually being in the States for the initial stages of the listing. Having a realtor who's able to work with me remotely was key to the success of the sale of my condo.

Cat was very communicative. We never felt we were chasing her. When a first deal went wrong, she managed a seamless transition to a full price back up and got us $5k earnest money from the first deal.
