Cat was very communicative. We never felt we were chasing her. When a first deal went wrong, she managed a seamless transition to a full price back up and got us $5k earnest money from the first deal. She was one stop shopping in terms of staging and marketing - were were never told to call someone else. We would work with her again anytime.
