When a first deal went wrong, she managed a seamless transition to a full price back up and got us $5k earnest money from the first deal. I highly recommend Catherine. She is great at her job and a wonderful person to work with. She helped me sell my home above asking price in the first week of showings during a time when the market tends to be slow. She beautifully staged the unit and generated a lot of interest in it. She took care of the "little things" to make sure the unit looked great, including tidying up, fixing a towel bar that was loose, replacing light bulbs, etc. She went above and beyond to sell my unit. She also expertly handled my tenants and made sure there were no issues in selling a unit that had been previously rented out.
