Kerry's willingness to help me even after I moved in really reflected her dedication to me as a client, and I really appreciate her going above and beyond for me to introduce me to excellent contractors and cleaners. I also want to applaud Kerry for her prompt communication methods, at any point during the process she never left a text unread for a a couple of hours, and I was able to get real time support throughout. Jim was great to work with when selling our first home. He made a stressful situation much less stressful. He is also very handy and did a lot of little fixes around the house for us just out of kindness. We hope to work with him again when we start looking for our next home.
