Downsizing is never easy, but was particularly challenging for me being a single parent, working full time and homeschooling during a global pandemic. She timed the market just right, brought me multiple offers, and we were able to negotiate a contingency-free contract that gave me some rent-back time to get the rest of my things into storage as I awaited the completion of my new townhome!
