My wife and I were lucky enough to meet Meg while we were touring open houses and knew we wanted to work with her when we became serious about buying in the Reston VA area. As a long-term resident of Reston herself, she was extremely knowledgable about the area and seemed to know everyone in the business, from listing agents to local HOA staff. I don't know how she does it, but Meg truly made us feel like we were her only clients. She could not have been more attentive to our needs, responsive, and strategic in making our offers competitive in a tough market. On top of all this her awesome personality made the stressful process of buying a home fun. She is very knowledgeable super active and energetic. She alway keeps the customer updated after every open house. Very patient and humble any time you request a call she is on it. If I could give Nate 10 Stars I do so!! He did a FANTASTIC JOB selling my condo! I knew he was EXCELLENT since he had recently sold my husband's condo (same building). Nate patiently and confidently navigated the nuances of the entire sales process; this was harder than it seemed since there were prospective buyers who required ongoing communication (until we found "the one" and ultimately completed the sale).
