She obtained estimates, negotiated with the vendors in our favor, and monitored the work daily. She spent countless hours there ensuring everything was done correctly and professionally. For instance, the entire interior had to be painted and holes patched, carpet removed and replaced, new flooring in the kitchen and baths, new counter tops, new dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, microwave, and smoke detectors.
