I would and have recommended Page to friends and family. She gets houses sold, and finds what you need in the next one. One of her strong points is in marketing a property. We had multiple offers on the house based solely on the brochure and on line photos. The first weekend it was on the market, Page had over 100 people come through to see the house in person. The house sold in a weekend, way way above asking price. She knew how to take advantage of market forces, and did it correctly. She has seen the market up and down, buyer’s market or seller’s market and knows how to navigate them all to advantage.

Page has helped us buy 2 properties and sell 1 over the course of the last decade or so, and she has been spectacular every time. She gave excellent advise for our first home purchase, including a booklet of information walking us through the process, and equally as good support while navigating a purchase in a complex market.
