In fact, our offer was accepted and ratified within 24 hours of when we found out about it which was remarkable considering how competitive the market was at the time of purchase. Though we purchased the home sight unseen with no contingencies based off of photos from when the property was listed years ago, Charles was confident from his communication with the listing agent that the home was in great shape and would be a safe bet compared to comps such as the offer we lost just a week prior. Fortunately for us, the home turned out better than we could have ever hoped for with renovations, upgrades, and major items already replaced such as new roof, new HVACs, new garage reno, hardwood flooring throughout the entire home, etc. Literally, the only thing our home inspection revealed was a loose brick. Without a doubt, we would not have landed this house without Charles as our buying agent and we hope to work with Charles again.
