Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!

Patricia was so wonderful to work with throughout the sale of our home! She is knowledgeable and gives great advice. She helped us get our home sale-ready and was so helpful throughout the process. Brian was super helpful in the purchase of our downsizing condo. He guided us without telling us. He showed us several properties and guided us through the entire process by being on top of action items and working closely with other parties such as the loan officer, insurance agent, and closing agent.
