I was selling my townhouse in Ashburn, Virginia, so I interviewed 5 realtors. They tell you to interview 3, but I would interview 5. After asking questions, it was obvious which realtor I should choose, and I was not disappointed with my decision to sign with Jin Wickwire. During my interviews, it became obvious there are good realtors and ones that are not as good. Two of the realtors did comparisons and gave me sales prices, 20,000 below Jin's price.
